Well begun is half done. Maasmond is pleased to contribute ideas to turning your property into something beautiful that won’t require any work for years to come. But carrying out the work itself demands solid preparation to prevent bottlenecks. Obviously, you don’t want your property to be out of use for longer than strictly necessary and in fact, activities in buildings such as schools and hospitals often continue while the work is being done. That calls for accurate planning to carry out the maintenance, refurbishment and fit-out as quickly as possible while guaranteeing everyone’s safety. The flexibility of our team is crucial in that respect.
At Maasmond we are fully equipped to provide our business clients with everything they need. Our project leaders are committed to transparent communication and keep in touch with you in person, so that you always know exactly what is going on. On each project we will put together the best team of carpenters, upholsterers, carpet-layers, painters, glazers and other professionals. Together they carry out work, ranging from indoor and outdoor paintwork, floor renovation, repair or replacement of window frames that have wood rot, renovation of toilets and kitchens, to placing double glazing and completely decorating new rooms. The professionals in our curtain workshop manufacture custom curtains which will then be installed on tracks for you.
We guarantee that we will exceed your expectations, whether the property is a listed building, a rehabilitation centre, a university, a restaurant, a public area, a shop, an industrial building or an apartment complex.
Because we can take all the work off your hands, you save time and can concentrate on other activities. We provide a single point of contact, a clear schedule and a transparent quotation. We monitor the quality of our work continuously and we are more than willing to make that measurable with performance agreements or contracts.
For an increasing number of clients we also carry out long-term maintenance. Underlying this results-based property maintenance (RGVO) is a performance contract. You determine the functional requirements, the maintenance period and the level of quality for the property in question. We translate these terms into a multi-annual maintenance programme (MJOP) and set to work on the indoor and outdoor property maintenance, according to the long-term agreements. We carry out inspections, ensure the upkeep of paintwork and other activities and guarantee the agreed quality.
Thanks to preventive maintenance measures, our result-driven property maintenance can save 25% or more in maintenance costs, compared with traditional maintenance. That is a significant advantage, particularly if you manage several premises. We would be happy to inform you of the range of maintenance contracts.
